Job summary

The Bernard Group in Chanhassen, MN is hiring a Project Manager Intern, Marketing on Demand. You will support PMs for client MOD sites, learn client communication, site setup, and production workflows within a team-driven, employee-owned environment.

This paid internship runs summer 2027 with on-site work schedule, and relocation housing not provided. Candidates must be enrolled in a related bachelor's program and able to commute to the Chanhassen office.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Coursework or experience in project management, customer service, print or e-commerce. No prior experience is required.
• Comfortable learning new software and systems, including Google Workspace and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in managing client MOD sites by checking orders and tracking status.
• Prepare client communications with review from the Project Manager.
• Assist with product catalog and site setup by gathering specifications and entering product data.
• Work with Production and Estimating to request quotes and relay status to PM and client.
• Update project plans, trackers and tickets; flag potential risks early.
• Shadow Project Managers on client calls and meetings to learn MOD scoping and launches.
• Complete a short project and present it to the team near internship end.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
