The Bernard Group is seeking a Production Manager to lead the Millwork team, mentoring Supervisors and employees while partnering with Project Managers to turn creative ideas into tangible, on-budget products. You will optimize workflows and ensure work adheres to The Bernard Group’s high standards.

This full-time role in Chanhassen, MN requires a strong manufacturing background, excellent communication, and a commitment to excellence and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to use measuring devices to verify drawings and specifications
• Ability to conform to changing priorities, demands and timelines
• Strong customer service orientation within the organization
• Proven leadership skills to manage Supervisors, Leads and employees

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of all assigned projects and timelines, scopes and resourcing
• Plan production strategies and optimize workflows for quality and efficiency
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet client needs within scope, budget and deadlines
• Monitor production details and maintain open communication on the production floor
• Support safe working environment and drive toward OSHA recordables reduction
• Develop team skills and drive improvements in material flow
