CA CI? CACI. Project Coordinator role supporting the Division's projects and daily operations with visualization and data tracking across teams.

The candidate will leverage Power BI, Microsoft 365 tools, MS Lists, Power Automate to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and ensure accurate data management onsite in Norco, CA. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance are required.

Qualifications

Experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite: Lists, Power Automate, SharePoint, Planner, Teams, OneNote, Word, Excel, Outlook.
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain DoD SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and track project tasks, deliverables, and timelines using MS Tools and Planner.
Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and escalate issues with clear communication.
Serve as the point of contact for cross‑team coordination and stakeholder alignment.
Customize and maintain SharePoint sites and Microsoft Lists, including JSON formatting.
