Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of project coordination or related operations experience.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft 365 apps including Lists, Planner, Teams, OneNote, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate high-visibility meetings and prepare agenda briefs.
• Host and coordinate virtual and in-person sessions with diverse stakeholders.
• Track action items, deadlines, and executive summaries.
• Capture meeting minutes and post-meeting decisions and logs.
• Maintain project data across Lists, Excel, Confluence, and OneNote.
