Job summary

You will support high-visibility efforts from planning through execution, coordinating with customers, site points of contact, and internal teams. Proficiency in SharePoint and Power BI helps manage dashboards and artifacts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, including building a project schedule from baseline.
• Experience creating executive-level documentation, reports, white papers, and briefings.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and manage stakeholder communications.
• Prepare kickoff invitations, communications, and dashboards.
• Track progress and maintain project artifacts across SharePoint and spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with project managers, customers, engineers, and other stakeholders to support planning and execution.
