IES Holdings is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of projects. You will work with project managers, field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and customers to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of project coordination, construction or operational processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing daily project activities to ensure projects are completed safely and according to company standards.
• Support project managers with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of project operations and resources.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, progress reports, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate communication between internal departments, field personnel, vendors, subcontractors, and customers.
• Assist with preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, contracts, schedules, submittals, and correspondence.
• Support procurement activities, material tracking, and inventory coordination.
