Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, in Lithia Springs, GA, is hiring an Assistant Project Manager for full-time on-site work. You will support the Project Manager in coordinating planning, staffing, and execution on construction projects to meet safety, schedule, and budget goals.

Required: 2–5 years' construction experience, engineering or related degree preferred, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and project software. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years' recent experience in construction processes, design coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and project administration.
• Proficient with Outlook and MS Office; familiarity with construction mgmt software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with overall management of construction projects to deliver safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate planning, staffing, and communication with field teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress with on-site team; help identify issues and implement corrective actions.
