IES Residential is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all phases of project execution from initiation through completion while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards.

This role coordinates with internal departments, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel to support operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects from kickoff through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with operations, estimating, purchasing, accounting, and field teams to ensure project success.
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and related documentation to ensure requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and performance to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders regarding status and expectations.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, purchase orders, schedules, and reports.
• Identify and resolve project issues, delays, conflicts, and risks in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, obligations, and regulations.
• Conduct project meetings and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support billing, invoicing, forecasting, and financial reporting for projects.
• Foster positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and team members.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
