Job summary

IES Residential seeks a Project Manager to oversee all phases of project execution, from initiation through completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence. You will coordinate with internal departments, customers, vendors, and field personnel to support efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, reviewing plans and contracts, monitoring progress, and communicating status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction operations, and scheduling processes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in reading construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects from project kickoff through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with operations, estimating, purchasing, accounting, and field teams.
• Review project plans, contracts, and documentation to ensure requirements are met.
• Monitor progress, costs, and performance to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders on status and expectations.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and reports.
• Identify and resolve issues, delays, risks in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct project meetings and provide updates to leadership.
