Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction management, or related degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years recent experience in construction processes, design coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and project administration.
• Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel) and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with planning, organizing, and staffing key field positions in coordination with regional heads and site managers.
• Support establishment and implementation of project objectives, policies, and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Maintain communication with clients, architects/engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to facilitate project progress.
• Monitor construction progress with on-site Superintendent to ensure schedule and budget compliance.
• Identify potential issues and assist in developing corrective action plans.
