Jacobs in the United States seeks a Project Controls Cost Manager to support our Program Management Team. You will lead the on-site cost controls function, oversee forecasting, budget analysis, earned value, and reporting, aligning with Primavera P6 schedules.

The role requires extensive experience in TIC, EPC projects, and team leadership, with a full-time on-site commitment in Spartanburg, SC. Jacobs offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401(k), stock, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of project cost controls experience.
• Extensive experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Must have led teams on multi‑million/billion EPC Projects and align construction cost with Primavera P6 schedules.

Responsabilités

• Manage the overall program construction cost controls and reporting.
• Provide client management updates and presentations at all management levels.
• Assist the Program Project Services Director with management of the Project Controls team.
