Job summary

Total Safety U.S. Inc. seeks an On-Site Program Manager to act as the dedicated on-site representative at large industrial customer locations.

You will own the account, manage all on-site programs, and drive customer satisfaction, operational performance, and sales growth. You will operate with significant independence, making day-to-day decisions to resolve issues, improve service, and support account success while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, program management, or industrial distribution.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn systems quickly.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles.
• Primarily based in industrial/manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for all customer interactions and build relationships across the customer organization.
• Respond to and resolve service issues using root cause analysis and sound judgment.
• Oversee all on-site programs (VMI, vending, and value-added services) and ensure continuous improvement.
• Track program performance, inventory, and service metrics; communicate updates to stakeholders.
