Total Safety seeks an On-Site Program Manager to act as the dedicated on-site representative at large industrial customer locations. You will own accounts, manage all on-site programs such as VMI and value-added services, and ensure customer satisfaction, performance, and growth.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years in account or program management within industrial environments. Strong MS Office skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in account management, program management, or industrial distribution.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for all customer interactions and relationships.
• Manage all on-site programs and equipment, ensuring operational performance.
• Conduct site walkthroughs and provide program performance insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors; apply contract terms and compliance rules.
• Track inventory levels, usage trends, and replenishment needs; oversee storage and product flow.
• Prepare and present program performance reports to stakeholders.
