Job summary

QuinStar Technology, Inc. is seeking a Program & Proposal Administrator to support the Program and Proposal Management team. You will organize programs, edit and catalog materials, email customers, capture meeting summaries, and follow up until closure.

Proposals support is also included. The role involves 67% program administration and 33% proposal support, requiring strong writing, organization, and cross-team collaboration in a regulated manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of admin/support experience in programs/coordinations or customer service.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and attention to detail.
• Ability to trace solicitation requirements to proposals.
• Manage several proposals with deadlines and track action items.
• Willingness to work with engineers to gather technical input and learn RF/microwave terminology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program schedules, milestones, and action-item logs.
• Schedule reviews, kickoffs, and customer calls; prepare agendas.
• Organize contracts, SOWs, PO, drawings, and revisions; keep files current.
• Record project costs and prepare reports for program and finance leads.
• Support audits by gathering records and tracking corrective actions to closure.
• Handle visitor coordination, travel, office supplies, and admin tasks.
