Job summary

MJ Supply in Omaha is seeking a Production Specialist to coordinate daily production activities for shirts, banners, yard signs and stickers. You will schedule jobs, prepare materials, operate printing and transfer equipment, and monitor workflows to meet deadlines while upholding quality. Safe, efficient teamwork is essential.

This on-site role also supports inventory management of supplies and training of new staff, with adherence to safety and production standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning and management to coordinate schedules, resources and workflows.
• Strong quality control skills to inspect products and ensure adherence to standards.
• Effective communication to work with team members, supervisors and other departments.
• Training skills to support onboarding and development of production staff.
• Experience in printing, manufacturing or related production environments is beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights and perform repetitive tasks safely.
• High attention to detail, time management and problem solving.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or trade training is a plus.
