Qualifications

  • Training skills to support onboarding and development of production staff.
  • Experience in printing, manufacturing or related production environments is beneficial.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights and perform repetitive tasks safely.
  • High attention to detail, time management and problem solving.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or trade training is a plus.

Role Description

The Production Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Omaha Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for coordinating daily production activities, including scheduling jobs, preparing materials, and operating printing and transfer equipment for products such as shirts, banners, yard signs, and stickers. The Production Specialist monitors workflows to meet deadlines, inspects output for quality and consistency, and reports any issues or equipment concerns promptly. This position also supports inventory management of supplies, follows safety and maintenance procedures, and collaborates with team members to ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently. The role may assist in training new staff on production processes and standards as needed.
