Qualifications

• Knowledge: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or technical training preferred.
• Skills: Attention to detail, strong organization, communication, and prioritization; able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Abilities: Onsite in Omaha, NE; both eligibility to work in the United States and ability to pass background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes based on press layout, printing method, colors, label size, materials, tooling, finishing requirements, and quantities.
• Create and review job tickets and production plans to verify specs, files, materials, tooling, and instructions before release to production.
• Assist in building daily/weekly schedules based on due dates, equipment capabilities, and material availability; communicate changes to affected departments.
• Purchase and track raw materials, tooling, and inventory; manage procurements and supplier relations as needed.
• Identify workflow improvements and participate in meetings, planning sessions, and continuous-improvement efforts.
