Job summary

Epsen Hillmer Graphics Co. in Omaha, NE, is seeking a Production Planning Coordinator to support customer orders from estimating through production. You will quote, plan, schedule, and coordinate materials, tooling, and inventory to ensure accurate and timely job completion.

The role requires strong attention to detail, experience in estimating or purchasing, and the ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. On-site position at 132nd & L Street.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; college/technical training preferred.
• Experience in estimating, purchasing, scheduling, or production planning is preferred.
• Printing/packaging/manufacturing industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quote & Production Planning: prepare quotes based on layout, method, colors, size, materials, tooling, finishing and quantities; enter quotes in ERP.
• Job Scheduling: build daily/weekly schedules considering due dates, equipment, materials, capacity and shipping needs; communicate changes promptly.
• Inventory Ordering: procure, track, and maintain paper, film, inks, tooling, and other materials; manage stock levels and purchases.
• Process Improvement & Team Support: identify efficient workflows, participate in meetings and planning, and provide backup for planning functions.
