Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with good time management.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures and instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong mathematical skills and data handling abilities.
• Computer literacy with PDFs, Excel reports, and data management.
• Knowledge of inventory software and order processing systems is a plus.
• Must be able to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite flow of materials for printing and finishing.
• Update scheduling at start and end of shift.
• Log all jobs into Time Tracker.
• Log out all jobs after completion by each production department.
• Monitor production throughout shifts.
• Ensure all jobs are out by scheduled due dates.
• Update master folder for daily shift reports.
• Follow record retention protocol for shift reports.
• Identify potential production issues and offer practical solutions.
• Notify team about equipment down or needing repair.
• Communicate with other Coordinators via turnover notes and meetings.
• Operate in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure 100% accuracy and quality of orders.
• Keep workstation clean and organized.
• Escalate issues not meeting company standards.
