Job summary

Blue Coral Staffing Corp. seeks a highly organized Client Services & Operations Associate for a fast-paced private aviation environment. You will act as a liaison among aviation advisors, clients, operators and vendors, managing trip execution from inquiry through post-flight follow-up.

The role requires strong operational judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work under time pressure in a 24/7 operations setting, with on-call after hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in private luxury travel or similar high-net-worth client-facing operations.
• Ability to manage multiple trips and vendors in a fast-paced aviation environment.
• Willingness to be in-office Mon-Fri 9:00–17:00 with on-call after hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage client private jet/charter requests from inquiry through post-flight follow-up.
• Coordinate with operators, pilots, and third-party vendors (catering, ground transportation).
• Build and manage detailed flight itineraries and trip logistics.
