Job summary

Jet Linx is seeking a Concierge to deliver timely, accurate information to clients and uphold Jet Linx Standards from booking to post-flight follow-up and invoicing. The Concierge serves as the onsite base representative, greeting arrivals/departures, planning active trips, maintaining client accounts, coordinating with Flight Operations, and resolving issues to ensure a smooth flight experience.

Regular on-site attendance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years aviation service experience (preferred).
• 2 years of professional customer service experience required.
• Aviation industry experience or interest preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet arrivals and departures at the base following Jet Linx service standards.
• Plan and manage active client trips.
• Maintain client accounts, preferences, and expectations in company systems.
• Coordinate with Flight Operations to meet service standards and resolve issues.
• Proactively communicate, document, and resolve complaints; escalate when necessary.
• Provide internal and external follow-up to resolve service failures.
• Perform Concierge base duties as needed.
