Responsibilities

Monitor assigned systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on supported hardware and software using established protocols.
Perform routine installations and configurations, including assembling and integrating system/product components according to standard procedures.
Execute approved and documented scripted change management activities while following incident, change, and problem management processes.
Provide on-site support by clearing paper jams, replacing toner/consumables/paper, and assisting end users with device functionality.
Maintain production goals and contract-required response times while ensuring data confidentiality and supporting operational plans with minimal supervision.
