Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Computer Technology / Technical School Graduate or a related technical field.
• 7+ years experience related to technical /repair of business equipment.
• Industry-related certifications preferred (Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, Konica Minolta, Sharp, HP) or other relevant technical credentials.
• Operate a motor vehicle and have a Valid Driver's license.
• Requires Emperon Connectivity Course and two Expert courses on Learning Place.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service calls per contractual commitments.
• Provide break-fix support and install networks as needed.
• Support product line without assistance.
• Service low & mid volume color as needed in territory.
• Troubleshoot basic printing issues; determine printer vs network issues.
• Set up scanning feature and install equipment in a peer-to-peer environment.
• Assist other technicians or manager for service issues.
• Maintain toolkit, supplies, and inventory for assigned territory.
• Maintain minimum calls per day average.
• Provide sales support by advising on problems as accounts.
