Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or operations preferred.
• Training on Xerox systems and equipment will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate office and production equipment (printers, scanners, inserters, fax machines) and ensure optimal performance.
• Perform mail handling duties including sorting, scanning, distribution, and package tracking.
• Support document preparation, printing, and finishing ( stapling, binding, laminating ).
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation for billing, meter reads, and production jobs.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and promptly escalated issues.
• Monitor supply inventory and perform replenishment as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and act as a daily client contact.
• Use Microsoft Office tools and internal systems to complete administrative and reporting tasks.
