Job summary

Xerox Corporation in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Print Production Operator to support on-site mailroom services, print and document operations, and administrative tasks.

You will operate printers, scanners, inserters, and related equipment, perform mail handling, and maintain logs for billing and production jobs. This is an on-site role with opportunities for cross-training and growth within Xerox.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or operations support preferred.
• Training on Xerox systems and equipment will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate office and production equipment (printers, scanners, inserters, fax machines) and ensure optimal performance.
• Perform mail handling duties including sorting, scanning, distribution, and package tracking.
• Support document preparation, printing, and finishing (stapling, binding, laminating).
• Maintain logs and documentation for billing, meter reads, and production jobs.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and promptly elevate issues.
• Monitor supply inventory and perform replenishment as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and act as daily client contact.
• Use Microsoft Office tools and internal systems to complete administrative and reporting tasks.
