Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an on-site Power Platform Analyst to support deployments of our Task Management Tool (TMT). You will collaborate with business users and leadership to deliver, update, and expand TMT and Power Platform functionality on site.

Responsibilities include creating Power Automate flows, developing Power BI reports, providing help desk support for Power Platform and SharePoint Online, and guiding customers on best practices and change management.

Qualifications

Active Secret (or interim Secret) Clearance.
Ability to work on-site 100% of the time.
At least 1 year of Power Automate experience.
At least 1 year of Power BI experience.
PL-900 and/or PL-300 certification highly desired.

Responsibilities

Create, test, and maintain Power Automate flows to drive end-user processes
Develop complex Power BI reports and dashboards to provide analytics, metrics, and insights into tasking behavior
Provide help desk support and application troubleshooting for the Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and other Microsoft 365 apps connected to TMT
Manage customer expectations regarding solution functionality
Advise customers on best practices for configuring Power Apps and TMT
Coach customers on change management to support new initiatives
Conduct classroom training and provide desk-side support for users and staff
Update customer training materials and SOPs
Prepare presentations for leadership briefings
Conduct testing for new software builds and lead the customer adoption process
Assist technical staff during solution installation with account creation, configurations, and troubleshooting
Provide administrative support for related tasking processes
