Job summary

Accenture Federal Services in the United States is seeking an on-site Power Platform Analyst to support deployments of the Task Management Tool (TMT). You will work with business users, sponsors, and leadership to deliver, update, and expand Power Platform functionality.

A Secret Clearance is required; you must be on-site 100% of the time and have at least 1 year of Power Automate and Power BI experience. PL-900 and/or PL-300 are highly desired.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Minimum 1 year of Power Automate experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Power BI experience.
• PL‑900 and/or PL‑300 certifications highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Create, test, and maintain Power Automate flows to drive end‑user processes
• Develop complex Power BI reports and dashboards to provide analytics, metrics, and insights into tasking behavior
• Provide help desk support and application troubleshooting for the Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and other Microsoft 365 apps connected to TMT
• Manage customer expectations regarding solution functionality
• Advise customers on best practices for configuring Power Apps and TMT
• Coach customers on change management to support new initiatives
• Conduct classroom training and provide desk‑side support for users and staff
• Update customer training materials and SOPs
• Prepare presentations for leadership briefings
• Conduct testing for new software builds and lead the customer adoption process
• Assist technical staff during solution installation with account creation, configurations, and troubleshooting
• Provide administrative support for related tasking processes
