Accenture Federal Services in Washington, DC is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Senior Developer to design, build, test, and enhance Power Platform solutions. You will work in a cross‑functional agile delivery team to translate user stories into high‑quality, secure, maintainable applications while supporting documentation and knowledge transfer.

You will partner with teams, develop Power Apps and Power Automate components, write tests, estimate work, and ensure performance and reliability

Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification (PL-400) or higher.
• 3+ years as a software developer with OO languages (Java, C#, C++), including 2+ years Java.
• 3+ years with low-code/no-code platforms; Microsoft Power Platform preferred.
• 3+ years developing on relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• 3+ years data modeling and working with APIs (REST/SOAP).
• 3+ years in agile delivery teams with testing and debugging.
• 2+ years using Git for version control and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross‑functional agile teams to analyze and deliver user stories, features, and enhancements.
• Develop Power Platform solutions including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Design, code, and implement Power Platform apps aligned with requirements and best practices.
• Write unit tests and verify functionality meets acceptance criteria.
• Define development goals, estimates, and timelines for agile planning.
• Test application stability, performance, and functionality throughout the lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, including bugs and integration challenges.
• Create technical documentation and deliver end-user or team training.
• Maintain security and integrity of application software per enterprise standards.
