Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate Certification (PL‑400 or higher).
• 3+ years of experience as a software developer using object‑oriented languages (Java, C#, C++) including at least 2 years of Java.
• 3+ years with low‑code/no‑code platforms such as Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow; direct Power Platform experience strongly desired.
• 3+ years of experience developing on relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB).
• 3+ years of data modeling experience, including creating and modifying standard and custom objects.
• 3+ years of experience developing with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap).
• 3+ years of experience using JSON, XML, SOAP, REST, and APIs to support low‑code/no‑code solutions.
• 3+ years of experience on agile delivery teams and performing testing, debugging, root cause analysis, and documenting technical artifacts.
• 3+ years of experience using Git for branching/merging, code reviews, and pull requests.
• 2+ years of experience deploying Microsoft Power Platform applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross‑functional agile teams to analyze and deliver user stories, features, and enhancements.
• Develop customized Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related components.
• Design, code, and implement Power Platform applications aligned with business requirements and best practices.
• Write unit tests and verify functionality meets acceptance criteria.
• Define development goals, estimates, and timelines to support agile delivery planning.
• Test application stability, performance, and functionality across the development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, including bugs and integrations.
• Create technical documentation and deliver training to end users or project teams.
• Maintain the integrity and security of application software per enterprise standards.
