Job summary

Qualifications

- Ability to communicate with business users, technical staff, project sponsors, and senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary on-site contact for customers supporting TMT and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Provide help desk support and application troubleshooting for Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- Develop complex Power BI reports and dashboards for analytics and insights into tasking behavior.
- Lead customer adoption activities and coach on change management.
