Job summary

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Business Analyst to support deployments of the Task Management Tool (TMT) and the Microsoft Power Platform at client sites in the Northern Virginia/Washington, DC area. This is an on-site, client-facing role requiring collaboration with business users, project sponsors, senior leadership, and technical staff to deploy, enhance, and expand TMT.

The ideal candidate is early in their career with a strong technical foundation in coding, analytics, data

Qualifications

On-site 100% of the time.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Technical background in coding and analytics.
Ability to obtain PL-900 and/or PL-300 certifications.
Experience in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary on-site contact for TMT and Power Platform solutions.
Provide help desk support and application troubleshooting for Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and related MS 365 apps.
Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to provide analytics and insights.
Work with customers to manage expectations regarding solution functionality.
Advise customers on best practices for configuring Power Apps and TMT and support change management.
Lead customer adoption activities and update training materials.
