Job summary

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. seeks a Business Analyst to support the Task Management Tool (TMT) deployments on-site at client sites in Illinois and the DC area.

You will work with business users, sponsors, and IT staff to deploy, enhance, and expand TMT and the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate is early in their career with strong communication and technical skills, and has experience with data analytics, SharePoint Online, Power BI, and Power Apps.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on-site 100% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment.
• Ability to communicate with business users, technical staff, project sponsors, and senior leadership.
• Technical background or experience in Coding / Analytics.
• Ability to obtain Microsoft PL-900 and/or PL-300 certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary on-site contact for customers supporting TMT and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Provide help desk support and application troubleshooting for Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and related Microsoft 365 apps.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to provide analytics and insights into tasking behavior.
• Manage customer expectations regarding solution functionality and adoption.
• Coach customers on change management activities and training.
