Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking multiple Business Analysts to support deployment of the Task Management Tool (TMT) and Microsoft Power Platform for federal clients.

You will work onsite at client sites, collaborating with business users, sponsors, leadership, and technical teams to deploy, enhance, and expand TMT capabilities. The role emphasizes strong communication, technical aptitude, and the ability to translate complex concepts for business users while delivering training,

Qualifications

• On-site 100% of the time required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Client-facing environment experience.
• Microsoft PL-900 and/or PL-300 certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site contact for customers using TMT and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Provide help desk support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to provide analytics, metrics, and insights.
• Manage expectations with customers regarding solution functionality.
• Advise customers on best practices for configuring Power Apps and TMT.
• Lead customer adoption activities with new releases and functionality.
• Create, test, and maintain automation flows.
• Conduct training and desk-side support for users.
