Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an on-site Business Analyst to support deployments of our Task Management Tool (TMT) and the Power Platform. The analyst will work directly with senior leadership, business users, and technical staff, delivering and expanding TMT capabilities while collaborating across on-site and remote support from experienced specialists.

Responsibilities

Provide help desk support and application troubleshooting for the Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and other Microsoft 365 apps connected to TMT
Develop complex Power BI reports and dashboards to provide analytics, metrics, and insights into tasking behavior
Manage customer expectations regarding solution functionality
Advise customers on best practices for configuring Power Apps and TMT
Coach customers on change management to support new initiatives
Conduct classroom training and provide desk-side support for users and staff
Update customer training materials and SOPs
Prepare presentations for leadership briefings conduct testing for new software builds and lead the customer adoption process
Create, test, and maintain automation flows to drive end-user processes
Assist technical staff during solution installation with account creation, configurations, and troubleshooting
Provide administrative support for related tasking processes
