Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research computer databases, public records, tax and legal filings to locate individuals and addresses for recovery and service of process.
• Run asset checks, review information, and analyze collectability to support recovery efforts.
• Prepare and sort legal documents, subpoenas, and court packets; coordinate with process servers for service.
• Schedule attorney appearances and maintain calendars; coordinate with attorneys and vendors.
• Enter new and updated account information; maintain accurate case notes and records.
