Qualifications

• Experience in a law firm, legal department, or collections environment.
• Paralegal, litigation support, judgment enforcement, or asset recovery experience.
• Strong research and investigative skills.
• Experience reviewing court records and public filings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct asset investigations and skip tracing efforts.
• Research real estate ownership, business interests, and public records.
• Support judgment enforcement activities including liens, garnishments, and bank levies.
• Communicate with attorneys, courts, and third-party vendors.
• Assist in developing account-specific recovery strategies.
• Analyze account data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Prepare reports and organize information for legal action.
• Research debtors and uncover assets through various investigative resources.
• Assist with ongoing litigation support and enforcement projects.
