This role requires strong organizational skills, a working knowledge of post-judgment collection procedures, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file post-judgment pleadings and legal documents related to enforcement actions.
• Monitor case files to track enforcement progress, deadlines, and court requirements.
• Communicate professionally with courts, process servers, employers, financial institutions, and other third parties to facilitate judgment enforcement.
• Coordinate the service of process, electronic filing, and mailing of post-judgment documents.
• Follow up on outstanding or pending post-judgment actions to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide general administrative support, including scanning, organizing, filing, and drafting correspondence related to post-judgment matters.
