Job summary

McPhail Sanchez, LLC is seeking a seasoned professional for remote post-judgment enforcement in Florida. You will file and manage garnishments, levies, and other enforcements while calendaring hearings and deadlines. Knowledge of Pacer and bankruptcy dockets is essential.

The role requires at least five years of Florida debt-collection experience, strong Word and Google Suite skills, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting. New York experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Post-judgment enforcement experience, including Florida garnishments and scheduling hearings.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Florida debt collections.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Calendar).
• Remote position; able to work independently and quickly learn new software.
• Familiarity with Pacer system.

Responsibilities

• Filing and managing post-judgment enforcements including bank garnishments, wage garnishments, levies, executions, writs of bodily attachment, etc.
• Calendaring hearings and deadlines
• Review bankruptcy dockets on Pacer and file proof of claims.
