Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate pool construction activities, inspections, and service visits with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage warranty-related requests by coordinating scheduling, tracking progress, and communicating with homeowners and field personnel.
• Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules due to weather, material availability, or construction changes.
• Communicate schedule updates clearly and professionally to customers and field staff.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records in company systems.
