Amenity Construction Group's Jim Hinson Pools is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support pool construction operations by coordinating schedules, communicating with homeowners, and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. The role serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners, field teams, and internal departments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in scheduling, customer service, construction coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience in pool construction, homebuilding, construction, or trades-based industries strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate pool construction activities, inspections, and service visits with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage warranty-related requests by coordinating scheduling, tracking progress, communicating with homeowners and field personnel, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules due to weather, material availability, or changes in construction.
