Job summary

Currin Outdoor Living is seeking an experienced Pool Construction Project Manager to oversee the field execution of custom concrete pool projects from excavation through completion. You will manage quality, scheduling, subcontractors, documentation, and site execution on active job sites in Raleigh, NC.

The role requires 3–5 years of high-end pool construction experience, a clean driving record, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of custom concrete pool construction experience or related high-end hardscape experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and construction schedules.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractor schedules across excavation, steel, plumbing, gunite, decking, finishes, and related phases.
• Visit active jobsites daily to inspect quality, verify adherence to plans/codes, and monitor site safety.
• Build productive subcontractor relationships and hold partners accountable to quality and deadlines.
• Provide field feedback on designs and support project estimating and client selections as needed.
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure equipment and materials are staged correctly.
• Identify and troubleshoot field issues to keep projects on schedule.
• Communicate progress, delays, changes, and needs to clients and internal leadership.
• Maintain accurate construction logs, photos, and project documentation.
