Jim Hinson Pools, part of Amenity Construction Group, seeks an experienced Sales Associate in Raleigh, NC to generate new business for residential and commercial pool projects. You will build client relationships, conduct site evaluations, prepare proposals, and coordinate handoffs to operations after contract execution.

This role offers unlimited earning potential and a commission-based structure. Top performers can earn $400K+; a draw is available to support ramp-up for up to 12 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and generating new business.
• Ability to independently develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified residential and commercial sales opportunities.
• Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, and self-generated lead development.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess customer needs and project scope.
• Prepare accurate proposals and present project recommendations to customers.
• Close sales and execute customer agreements.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process.
