Responsibilities

• Manage deliveries for just-in-time inventory and to meet customer schedules.
• Arrange truckloads to achieve truckload pricing savings.
• Communicate with operations personnel and other departments.
• Organize and track returned materials.
• Order samples for submittals and complete submissions to customers.
• Manage claims with manufacturers.
• Obtain pricing for proposals as necessary.
• Support the salesperson and operations to ensure timely orders.
