Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in financial statement analysis, product costing, and business case development.
• Strategic thinker who can work independently while collaborating across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Financial Governance & Internal Controls.
• Maintain accurate financial statements in strict accordance with US GAAP and corporate policies.
• Lead month-end and quarterly closing processes for timely reporting.
• Drive SOX compliance and improve the site's internal control environment.
• Oversee inventory management, year-end inventories, cycle counting, and robust controls.
• Manage fixed asset sub-ledger, CIP reviews, and asset audits.
• Identify accounting risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager to provide transparent financial reporting.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
• Analyze plant performance and variances to drive operational improvements.
• Provide scenario modeling and ad-hoc business case analyses for ROI.
• Deliver financial presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Standardize processes to eliminate waste and drive value creation.
• Foster continuous improvement and accountability within finance and operations.
