The role requires hands-on oversight of fixed assets, intercompany accounting, cost accounting, inventory, and standard cost revisions, with active participation in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a standard cost environment as an account or cost accountant.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently to manage and complete all areas of responsibility.
• Strong attention to detail and follow up. Prioritize and organize multiple tasks under pressure.
• Logical thinker with analytical, problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and ensure accuracy of the general ledger.
• Oversee fixed assets, intercompany accounting, cost accounting, inventory reporting, and standard cost revisions.
• Contribute to budget, forecast, and financial planning; analyze operating results for decision making.
• Support audits and internal controls testing (SOX) and document control observations.
• Collaborate with plant operations to drive continuous improvement and cost savings.
