Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. seeks an experienced finance leader to serve as Controller for the Whitehall Ti-Ingot facility.

You will partner with the Plant Manager to direct the finance function, oversee forecasting, planning, reporting consolidation and analysis, and ensure compliance with ASAT and internal audit requirements. The role requires building strong internal controls, driving cost discipline, and leading a data-driven finance organization to support manufacturing operations and strategic

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration and/or Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years related financial/controllership work experience with a minimum of 2 years for a manufacturing company.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the Ti-Ingot Operations Lead Team and act as a business partner to the team as they develop and implement business strategy.
• Act as a catalyst for change and help drive business performance improvement.
• Manage planning, reporting, consolidation and analysis functions and develop and manage processes to ensure compliance with ASAT and other internal audit requirements, as well as US GAAP and Howmet reporting requirements.
• Understand, review, and communicate key drivers for location success.
• Drive financial engagement to operations.
• Create and monitor internal controls that allow operations to meet the financial plan.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Howmet code of conduct and corporate policy.
