Job summary

Haemonetics Corp is seeking a Plant Controller to own the financial performance of the manufacturing facility, delivering accurate reporting, cost analysis, P&L oversight, and inventory control.

You will partner with plant leadership and corporate finance, lead monthly closes, develop budgets and forecasts, monitor KPIs, and drive cost reduction initiatives in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in a finance/accounting role.
• Controllership experience within manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/JD Edwards/SAP).
• High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data extraction).
• Experience in regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze balance sheet activity monthly, identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with corporate leadership, finance, suppliers, and external partners.
• Oversee GL, AP, purchasing-related processes, and outsourced accounting activities.
• Support federal, state, and local tax reporting requirements.
• Manage inventory controls, standard costing, cost analysis, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and site financial plans.
• Analyze KPIs to improve profitability and operations.
• Review and control site cost center expenses.
