Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in financial statement analysis, product costing, and business case development.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsabilités

• Governance and internal controls over financial processes.
• Maintain US GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Lead month-end and quarterly closings.
• Ensure SOX compliance and strengthen internal controls.
• Oversee inventory management, cycle counts, and year-end inventories.
• Manage fixed asset sub-ledger, CIP reviews, and asset audits.
• Identify accounting risks and implement mitigations.
• Partner with Plant Manager on financial reporting and operations.
• Develop annual budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze plant performance, variances, and provide actionable insights.
• Deliver financial presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Standardize processes to eliminate waste and drive value.
