Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Govern financial governance and internal controls in US GAAP.
• Lead month-end and quarterly closing processes with accurate reporting.
• Ensure SOX compliance and strengthen internal controls.
• Oversee inventory and year-end physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Manage fixed asset sub-ledger, CIP reviews, and asset audits.
• Partner with Plant Manager to deliver transparent financial reporting.
• Develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts for the site.
• Analyze plant performance and translate data into actionable insights.
• Provide scenario modeling and ad-hoc ROI analyses for investments.
• Present financial results to plant leadership and corporate stakeholders.
