• Proficiency in FP&R programs and standards.
• Working knowledge of AE Model Guidelines.
• Experience with MES.
• Experience creating DOMO cards or dashboards.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change without relying solely on formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Implement global and divisional standards across site operations.
• Strengthen manufacturing performance and reliability.
• Maintain program compliance and foster a continuous improvement culture.
• Partner with the Director of Manufacturing and site leadership to improve operational effectiveness and performance measurement.
